The client with an annual turnover of 20m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.Duties:• Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks• Time management skills and meeting deadlines• Experience in value engineering• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration:• Up to 65,000 p.a • Car allowance• Paid Holidays• Pension Scheme
