DescriptionPermanent Role: Quantity SurveyorUp to 65,000 p.a plus benefitsCar Allowance / Company CarCAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO 70K, MANSFIELD BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, POTENTIAL OF HYBRID WORKING.An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join Nottinghamshire based Residential Groundworks Business to operate within their commercial team. The client with an annual turnover of 40m is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects currently ongoing as well as at tendering stages.Duties:• Optimising contract profitability • Provide quotations to clients for variations• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks • Accurate monthly cost and value reports• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks• Time management skills and meeting deadlines• Experience in value engineering• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint Remuneration:• Up to 65,000 p.a • Car allowance• Paid Holidays• Pension Scheme
