50,000 – 60,000 + Car / Car Allowance + 10% Pension + BonusAn established and highly regarded UK residential developer is looking to appoint a Project Civil Engineer to join their technical team based in Milton Keynes.This is a key role supporting the delivery of large-scale residential developments, working closely with internal technical, commercial and construction teams, as well as external consultants and statutory authorities.The roleManage and coordinate civil engineering design from early feasibility through to constructionOversee highways and drainage design for residential schemesManage and progress S38, S278, S104 and S106 agreementsLiaise with local authorities, water companies and other statutory bodiesReview consultant designs, reports and drawings for compliance and buildabilitySupport project delivery through technical approvals and construction stagesAbout youDegree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Experience delivering residential infrastructure projectsStrong working knowledge of highways and drainage design and approvalsConfident dealing with local authorities and utility providersCommercially aware and able to manage multiple projects concurrentlyPackage50,000 – 60,000 basic salaryCompany car or car allowance10% employer pension contributionBonus schemeLong-term career progression within a well-structured technical team
