This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrical professional seeking a varied mobile role with a strong focus on planned maintenance, fault finding, compliance, and reactive works.Your new role Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on a range of low voltage electrical installations.Maintain and inspect electrical and mechanical building services plant and equipment.Conduct fault-finding on lighting, power, distribution systems, motors, generators, AHUs, chillers, and associated HVAC plant.Complete electrical installation work, testing, inspection, and certification where required.Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards.Actively contribute to maintaining safe systems of work across client sites.Accurately complete maintenance records and compliance documentation.Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with site stakeholders.What you'll need to succeed Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation qualifications (or equivalent).18th Edition (BS7671).NVQ Level 3 and AM2 or completed electrical apprenticeship desirable.Inspection & Testing qualification or equivalent) preferred.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Previous experience in a mobile or commercial maintenance environment.Excellent communication and customer service skills.A proactive and safety-focused approach to work.Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.What you'll get in return Competitive salary of circa 45,000Mobile role covering a variety of London sitesMonday to Friday working pattern25 days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysCompany pension schemeLong-term opportunity with career development and progressionWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
