With a strong workload ahead, this is a great time to join a growing team where you can continue developing your technical skills while gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects.The RoleAs a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a variety of structural engineering projects, working closely with architects, contractors, clients and other consultants.Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking structural analysis and design across a range of projectsProducing structural calculations, reports and technical documentationDesigning structures in a variety of materialsDeveloping structural schemes from concept through to detailed designProducing and reviewing technical drawingsLiaising with architects, contractors and other members of the design teamAttending site visits and providing technical support where requiredManaging your own workload and contributing to successful project deliveryAbout YouThe ideal Structural Engineer will have around 3-4 years’ relevant consultancy experience, although candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.You should have:A degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringRelevant experience within a structural design consultancyA strong understanding of structural engineering principlesExperience working across a range of building projectsGood structural analysis and design skillsStrong technical calculation and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and attention to detailThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a wider teamThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer looking to develop their career within a progressive and technically focused consultancy.You will be offered a flexible hybrid working approach, alongside a competitive salary of up to 50,000 depending on experience.The consultancy has a strong pipeline of mixed project work, providing plenty of variety and the opportunity to broaden your experience across different sectors and structural challenges.
