Senior Quality Engineer

Job DescriptionRotork UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to become a key member of our Quality Department at our Leeds manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll play a crucial part in strengthening product quality, developing robust processes, and supporting our continued growth.You’ll work collaboratively across functions — partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers — to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and embed a strong quality culture throughout the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead investigations into customer complaints, concerns, and internal quality issuesDrive root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions (RCCA)Manage supplier quality, including approvals, audits, and supply‑chain improvementSupport part qualification and change management (PPAP / sample approval)Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 80079‑34, CSA standardsConduct internal and process auditsManage non‑conformances across customer, supplier, internal, and audit activitiesSupport continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) projectsPromote quality awareness and Health & Safety across the businessQualifications0001About YouExperienced Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environmentStrong Experience of Quality System Requirements - ISO09001 & ISO Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skillsConfident working cross‑functionally and with suppliersPassionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvementAdditional InformationWhy Rotork?Global engineering leaderCollaborative working environmentOpportunity to make a real impact on product quality and customer satisfactionSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Quality AssuranceExperience level: Not ApplicableIndustry: Electrical And Electronic Manufacturing
