Your work will include:Acquisitions and disposalsLandlord and tenant mattersDevelopment and regeneration projectsProperty finance transactionsAsset managementSupporting on complex, high-value real estate projects alongside experienced partnersYou'll be encouraged to take ownership of matters from an early stage, whilst having direct access to senior lawyers who are genuinely invested in your development.The Ideal CandidateEngland & Wales qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.Experience gained within a respected commercial real estate team.Strong technical ability with sound commercial awareness.Comfortable managing your own matters while collaborating on larger transactions.Ambitious and looking to develop your career within a firm that is continuing to grow.The OpportunityThis is a firm where progression is driven by ability rather than time served.
