An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.
You’ll handle a varied and high-quality caseload across a broad range of real estate matters, including commercial property transactions, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters, and asset management. The role offers a strong mix of responsibility and support within a collaborative and growing real estate team.
You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, providing clear, commercial advice and contributing to complex transactions. There is also the opportunity to support business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued expansion of the firm’s real estate practice in the Birmingham market.
About you:
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in real estate / commercial property law
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial property transactions and landlord & tenant matters
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
