This vital role involves working directly with site management teams to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and designed to protect the wellbeing of residents and staff.Key Responsibilities of the Regional Health and Safety Manager:Oversee the delivery of the annual health and safety plan across multiple sites, ensuring ongoing compliance.Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop, review, and implement policies, risk assessments, and mitigation actions to address emerging risks and incidents.Collaborate with operations and estates teams to embed a strong safety culture and effectively deliver staff training and risk assessments.The Successful Regional Health and Safety Manager Will Have:NEBOSH National General Certificate, with qualifications such as the NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate and/or a Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment being desirable.Proven experience within the property or residential sector, with multi-site experience essential.Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and investigations, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.For more information on this opportunity or to discuss your next career move, please contact Alex Lee on or Job Reference AL 5156.Irwin and Colton are a specialist Health, Safety and Environment recruitment company, based in the Southeast of England we recruit across the UK.
