If you're ready to step up into the next stage of your career, we'd also love to hear from you.The OpportunityYou'll be joining an established team of 20Civil Engineers, working alongside highly regarded Structural Engineers to deliver innovative civil engineering solutions on a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure projects.Projects span a wide range of sectors, including:Education and schoolsResidential and mixed-use developmentsStudent accommodationMuseums and cultural buildingsLarge-scale retail developmentsMinistry of Defence (MOD) facilitiesMinistry of Justice (MOJ) developmentsBristol AirportInternational leisure developments, including globally recognised surf lagoonsWorking within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you'll play a key role in projects from initial concept through to detailed design and construction support.The RoleDepending on your experience, you'll be responsible for:Delivering highways, drainage and external works designs for a wide range of development projects.Producing drainage strategies, SuDS designs, earthworks and levels.Preparing Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 designs and approvals.Working closely with structural, geotechnical, environmental and transport planning teams.Liaising with clients, architects, contractors and local authorities.Supporting project delivery from feasibility through to construction.Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development (Senior & Principal levels).Leading project delivery, managing client relationships and contributing to business development (Principal level).About YouYou'll ideally have:A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Experience delivering infrastructure design for development projects within a UK consultancy.Knowledge of highways, drainage and external works design.Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, Causeway Flow, MicroDrainage or similar software.A good understanding of UK design standards, SuDS and Section Agreements.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.Chartered status, or a desire to work towards Chartership, would be advantageous.What's on Offer?Competitive salary and excellent benefits package.Flexible and hybrid working.Modern Bristol city centre office.Genuine opportunities for career progression and promotion.Full support towards professional Chartership.Exposure to high-profile UK and international projects.A collaborative culture where technical excellence and career development are genuinely encouraged.If you're looking to work on exciting projects with one of the industry's leading multidisciplinary consultancies, we'd love to hear from you.To apply or find out more, please contact:Ross Constantine
