We are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious professionals in the York region, who will become an important part of our Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

• To create and nurture a client base in your own 'patch'.
• Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships.
• Manage the sale process from valuation to completion!
• Working alongside the Business Owners to maximise the overall income and profitability.
• Adopt a positive and motivational approach to stimulate a culture of professional behavior and customer care at all times.
• Be willing to “roll your sleeves up” and do whatever makes “you” and “the company” successful.
• Arrange and attend viewings, providing an industry-leading experience to our customers.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
• A passion for providing exceptional levels of service is vital.
• Proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships is key.
• Confident communication skills both personable and professional.

• Driving license and own car.
