Estate Agent - Sales Manager / Valuer

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager / Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Chelmsford .

You must have strong experience as a Sales Manager / Valuer.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Manager / Valuer:

• Basic £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
• OTE £45,000 - £55,000
• Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day off in lieu
• 5-day week
• 1 Saturday off per month

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Manager / Valuer:

• Leading from the front
• Managing and inspiring the sales team
• Assisting the team on achieving personal targets
• Conducting valuations and winning business
• Meeting business targets
• Drive business profitability
• Maintain client relationships
• Ability to coach and develop the team
• Providing tailored advice to clients
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Following up warm leads
• Creating your own business opportunities

Key Skills for the role of Sales Manager / Valuer:

• Must have strong experience as a Sales Manager / Valuer
• Strong understanding of the Estate Agency industry
• Knowledge of the Chelmsford property market would be advantageous
• Track record in listing and winning business
• Proven experience in residential sales
• Well presented
• Strong customer focus with a keen drive for securing new business
• Sales and target driven with good business winning skills
• Confidence with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to motivate and guide a team
• You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car
