We are looking for an experienced Landscape Operative to join our team on-site contract basis. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality landscaping projects across a variety of sites, supporting the Landscape Supervisor in day-to-day operations
What you’ll do
Assist with ground preparation, planting shrubs and trees, laying turf, seeding, and creating wildflower areas
Support fencing and general hard landscaping tasks
Read and work from site plans
Follow project requirements, PPE guidelines, and client-led health & safety standards
Report near misses, accidents, and incidents promptly
Follow company H&S policies, risk assessments, and COSHH guidelines
Undertake additional duties as needed to support projects and business goals.
