About The Role

Bluelink is recruiting Landscapers to deliver gardens, outdoor spaces and grounds works to a high finish across our property and construction jobs.

What you will do

• Install soft landscaping: turf, planting, mulching and bed preparation
• Carry out hard landscaping: paving, edging, fencing and basic groundworks
• Follow setting-out from drawings and landscape packages
• Maintain tools, plant and site cleanliness to H&S standards
• Complete snagging and seasonal aftercare visits
• Work as part of a crew under Site Manager / Landscape Supervisor

What we're looking for

• Proven landscaping / grounds maintenance experience
• Comfortable with manual outdoor work in all weather
• Basic knowledge of plants, turf and hard-landscape materials
• CSCS card preferred; training supported if you are close
• Team player with reliable timekeeping
• Full UK driving licence — advantageous
