Responsibilities
Deliver the 'learning through play' ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
Support daily routines and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtime.
Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
Carry out high‑quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of every area throughout the day.
Commit to the apprenticeship path and obtain an Early Years qualification.
Qualifications and Attributes
No previous experience required; passion for education and child development sought.
Positive, proactive outlook.
Motivated and eager to learn.
