Description

We're more than just a nursery group. We're the UK's most innovative early-years education provider.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We're proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). • Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.

• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

Our Apprentice Educators should have...

• A positive, glass‑half‑full outlook.
• Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘make it happen’ attitude!
• A love for customer service.
• High energy for every task you take on.
• A commitment to continue your learning and personal development.
