Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing (Care, Connection & Kindness)

• Providing genuine companionship, sharing conversation, enjoying a warm drink, and offering reassurance as the first signs of spring emerge.
• Supporting clients with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, and grooming—helping them feel comfortable, confident, and ready to enjoy the new season.
• Preparing nourishing meals—from hearty lunches to comforting dinners that bring warmth and energy.
• Offering medication support (full training provided).
• Helping with light household tasks—keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming during the transitional season.
• Offering emotional support, being a calm, reliable presence when it matters most.
• Completing simple care notes to keep everyone informed and supported

• Driving licence and access to a car
