Membership Support Advisor - Heston

About the Role

The Member Support Advisor handles member queries and requests received into the Member Support team via chat, telephone, and email. The role is based at a hub within the Heston David Lloyd Club and works as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to members. Working hours are either 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00, offering a consistent and structured pattern. This is a fully office-based position, and the role holder must be within a reasonable commuting distance of the hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle member queries and requests received via all contact channels including chat, telephone, and email.
• Process membership queries in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Actively engage with members to provide the best possible quality and service.
• Work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to members.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A drive to hit targets.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to commute to the Heston hub, as the role is fully office-based.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable.

Salary

• £28,496 Per annum
