Senior Recruitment Consultant

Edinburgh Hybrid Working Up to £40,000 DOE + Commission

We re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Edinburgh.

This is an opportunity for an established recruiter to take ownership of a market, develop existing relationships and build their desk with the support of an experienced team around them.

Ideally, you ll already have experience recruiting within the construction or built environment sector, particularly across areas such as:

• Civil Engineering
• Main / Principal Contracting
• Construction Consultancy
• Other related technical construction disciplines

We re looking for someone who enjoys the full 360 recruitment process, developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, building strong candidate networks and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within their market.

What we re looking for

You ll already have recruitment consultancy experience and a proven ability to manage and develop your own desk.

You should be confident speaking with clients and candidates at all levels, comfortable developing new business and focused on building long-term relationships rather than simply chasing short-term wins.

Construction recruitment experience would be our preference, although we re happy to speak with experienced recruiters from closely aligned technical markets.

What s on offer?

• Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
• Market-leading, non-incremental commission scheme
• Enhanced commission percentage when you hit your annual target
• Hybrid working
• Quarterly target club
• Yearly company away trips
• Extended lunch breaks to make use of the onsite gym
• Festive shutdown, giving you more time with friends and family
• Modern, open-plan Edinburgh office
• Onsite car parking
• Excellent commuter links

Our Edinburgh office

Based in the West of Edinburgh, our office provides a modern, light and open-plan environment with a relaxed communal workspace.

There s onsite parking, excellent commuter links and access to an onsite gym and, importantly for the dog owners, it s dog friendly too.

Interested?

If you re an experienced recruiter who knows the construction market and you re looking for a role where you can earn well, have autonomy over your desk and be part of a growing team, we d be keen to hear from you.

All conversations will be treated in complete confidence.
