The company co-innovates with deep engineering expertise, treating customer success as its own while building tomorrow's digital infrastructure. **Responsibilities:*** Leads the Spares team, arrange assignments, and delegate activities according to business priorities.* Ensures Health and Safety requirements are always adhered to by audit and review.* Monitors activities within area of remit to ensure that efficiency and service level agreements are met.* Takes immediate appropriate action to rectify any shortfalls in levels of service. Seeks supervisory support as issues arise. Liaising with production/planning teams to resolve issues with orders.* Provides reports/data on daily performance achievements against targets, as required.* Supports new processes with supervision.* Carry out inventory functions as required.* Presents daily team brief at the start of each shift.* Has the ability to perform all associated tasks within own area of responsibility. Supporting training of newer associates.* Monitors the work area to ensure that all safety standards are upheld.* Ensures materials are counted and in stock to meet company requirements.* Carry out any reasonable request by the management team.* Supports supervisor with operations in defining, documenting, and implementing processes to ensure compliance with the QMS, ISO 9001 and 14001 frameworks.* Contributes to continuous improvements.
