Key Skilled Operative — Wholebird Production & Quality

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking Key Skilled Operatives at the Dungannon site to handle product processing and uphold hygiene, quality, and safety standards. You will contribute to a team to ensure KPI targets are met and support various production tasks as required.

Ideal candidates have basic English literacy, good numeracy, and willingness to work in a factory environment. Previous food production or knife skills are desirable, with training provided for machinery operation.
