Are you looking for a new challenge within the motor industry? Chesterfield Trade Parts are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Parts Advisor to join the team

Basic salary: £29,702 + excellent company benefits
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–5:30pm | Friday, 8:30am–5pm and NO WEEKENDS

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
• Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
• Using available promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets
• Looking for opportunities to upsell or add value in a helpful, customer-focused way
• Keeping your product knowledge up to date through regular training and company resources
• Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Parts experience within the motor industry is essential, with multi-franchise dealership or trade parts experience being highly desirable
• Confident working with computers, systems, and online platforms
• Committed to delivering excellent service and enjoy working as part of a team
• Organised, have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
• Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
