Basic salary: £13.60 per hour + excellent company benefits
42 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm | Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm (as per rota)

As a Parts Advisor in our dynamic team, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting trade customers by providing exceptional service and accurate parts advice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying and sourcing parts to meet customer needs
- Using available promotions and offers to meet team and individual targets
- Looking for opportunities to upsell or add value in a helpful, customer-focused way
- Keeping your product knowledge up to date through regular training and company resources
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:
- Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry
- Confident working with computers, systems, and online platforms
- Committed to delivering excellent service and enjoy working as part of a team
- Organised, have a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working to targets and sales objectives
- Willingness to engage in regular training and professional development
