Customer Experience Advisor - Retail Banking

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Plymouth Branch. The role is 28 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll be the friendly face, listener, and problem-solver for customers across branch and phone channels.

You’ll handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and contribute to fraud protection and customer welfare while working within a close-knit, multi-skilled team.
