We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Cover Manager who can support our students to go beyond what they thought possible and ensure that lessons remain high quality in the absence of their specialist teacher.

Key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with supply agencies to ensure lessons are covered and updating MIS system with arrangements
Delivering cover lessons in the absence of a teacher in accordance with the school policy
Promoting positive student behaviour through developing strong relationships
