Junior Application Support Analyst

As an Associate Application Support Analyst , you'll join our Application Support team and follow a structured two-year development pathway designed to help you build the technical, product and customer support skills needed to progress to Application Support Analyst .

You'll work with experienced colleagues to investigate and resolve issues affecting our healthcare software, helping customers restore service quickly while developing your knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Investigating incidents and service requests escalated from the Service Desk
• Troubleshooting application issues using diagnostic tools, logs and product knowledge
• Applying fixes, workarounds and authorised configuration changes
• Escalating complex technical issues with clear evidence and analysis
• Maintaining accurate support records and documentation
• Providing professional and timely updates to customers and stakeholders
• Supporting product defect investigation, testing and validation activities
• Contributing to knowledge articles and continual service improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

• A strong interest in technology and technical problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A methodical approach to investigation and analysis
• A commitment to learning, development and delivering excellent customer service

Desirable

• Experience in a Service Desk, application support or technical support environment
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira or similar tools
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, SQL, databases or application configuration
• Experience supporting customers in regulated or business-critical environments

Your career pathway

This role sits within our Application Support career framework as a Level 1 Associate position . Following successful completion of the structured development programme and achievement of key milestones, you’ll be eligible for progression to Application Support Analyst .
