Customer Solutions Specialist (Logistics & Service)

Rhenus Logistics is recruiting a Customer Solutions Advisor to act as the bridge between customers and our logistics operations. You will ensure customers receive accurate information, timely solutions, and a positive experience while protecting the business with solid process discipline.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email or portals, process orders and amendments, provide updates, monitor progress, and coordinate with operations, warehouse, transport and planning teams to resolve issues
