Victors Home Solutions is one of the largest home improvement companies in the Midwest, and we’re growing! As Division 1 continues to expand, we’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and help support the people and processes that make our organization successful.

We’re looking for someone who cares about people and takes pride in getting the details right. This is a hands‑on role for an organized, dependable, and proactive HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, staying busy, and jumping in wherever they’re needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day
• Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, coordinating offer paperwork, and maintaining accurate applicant records
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR information is accurate and up to date in our HR systems
• Assist with employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and other employment‑related documentation
• Support benefits administration and help employees navigate questions related to benefits and eligibility
• Assist with HRIS and payroll‑related processes, including employee data updates and audits
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, spreadsheets, tracking documents, and other HR‑related materials
• Help coordinate employee communications, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
• Assist with compliance‑related documentation and ensure required employment records are maintained
• Partner with managers and the HR team to help answer employee questions and resolve routine HR needs
• Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as the company continues to grow
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Provide exceptional internal customer service and help create a positive employee experience across Division 1

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other technology platforms
• Strong follow‑through and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Professional, approachable, and service‑oriented personality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when handling sensitive information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools
• HR education, certification, or related experience is a plus
• ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus but not a requirement
