Senior Care Assistant: Lead Shifts & Person-Centred Care

MHA is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Stratton House in Bath. The role leads shifts, supports the Home Manager and senior team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and to supervise care colleagues. You will promote dignity, safety and team development during day, night or relief shifts.

We value compassionate leadership, strong communication and commitment to older people’s wellbeing. A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to pursue it is desirable.
