MHA is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant (Nights) for Stratton House, Bath. You will take charge during night shifts, support the Home Manager, and ensure safe, person-centred care that protects residents’ dignity.
You will lead care and ancillary staff, monitor care plans, and promote wellbeing. A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to work towards it is desirable. Applicants should live within 15 miles of Bath and be eligible to work in the UK.
