Speech and Language Job Description

• Speciality -Speech & Language Therapist
• Location -Cambridge
• Start date -ASAP
• Contract Length -Ongoing
• Pay Rates -£26-£30 per hour
• Band: 6/7
• Hours: Full or part time
• We're looking for an experienced Adult SLT to support the Adult Acute team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The role:

• Adult acute inpatient caseload
• Independent dysphagia assessment and management
• Acquired communication disorders
• Complex medical, respiratory, neurological and surgical patients
• MDT working and discharge planning
• Tracheostomy experience desirable
• FEES/Videofluoroscopy experience beneficial
• Must be HCPC registered and dysphagia competent
• Strong adult acute and independent dysphagia experience is essential.

Requirements

• 1 year(s) post graduate experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work
• DBS or Police Check
• HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist
