Regeneration Project Lead – Levelling Up

Moray Council seeks a seasoned project manager to lead the Levelling Up Fund initiatives and regeneration work in Elgin City Centre. You will drive programme delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with government bodies and community partners to ensure milestones are met.

You will oversee staffing, monitor expenditure, and report progress to boards, while building strong partnerships and ensuring robust monitoring and evaluation throughout the project lifecycle.
