AI Engineer: LLMs & NLP for Publishing

Penguin Random House in London is seeking an AI Engineer to shape how we build AI-powered products that transform how we understand, publish and sell books. You will design language-model workflows, deploy models and lead the team on responsible AI across our commercial platforms.

You will work closely with ML Engineers and ML Infrastructure Engineers to build AI products on top of the platform, drive prompt and agent development, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Editorial to scale
