Haringey Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Young Adults Service, supporting looked after children, care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people aged 16–25 as they transition into adulthood.
You will work in partnership with families, carers and professionals to secure stable accommodation and access education, employment and training, while developing independence and wellbeing.
