HR Advisor ER Specialist, Flexible Hours + 25 Days Holiday

NRG in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, seeks an HR Advisor on a permanent basis. You will handle general HR queries, lead ER matters, support recruitment, maintain records, and ensure policy compliance. The role is site-based with a Mon-Thu 7.30am-4.30pm and Fri 1.30pm finish schedule.

Ideal candidates have HR generalist experience, strong ER knowledge, and CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience. On-site parking and flexible benefits are available.
