The Electoral Commission is seeking a Senior Pay & Reward Adviser to lead pay and reward initiatives within its People Services function. You will analyse pay data, advise on pay reviews and manage payroll integrity across statutory and contractual entitlements.
Based in a hybrid role with options for London, Belfast, Cardiff or Edinburgh offices or UK remote, you will influence fair, evidence-based decisions while collaborating with senior stakeholders and external payroll provider.
