Reporting to the Broker Sales and Support Manager, you\'ll design a new coaching framework and deliver 1-2-1 and group sessions to equip sales and support teams to succeed in a dynamic market. This hybrid role offers a permanent contract and is based in Glasgow with UK travel as needed.
