NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Specialist Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Community Mental Health Team in Glasgow. You will deliver assessments, care planning and therapeutic interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs within community settings.
Applicants must have NMC Level 1 registration, a degree or equivalent, and experience in community mental health, risk assessment and care coordination.
