Jobs 4 Thomas Cook is hiring a reservations agent for a busy London restaurant during the Xmas run-up. This urgent temporary role pays £10 per hour and runs for around 6 weeks. You will take bookings by phone and email, and work across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include accommodating bookings, handling VIP guests, and delivering outstanding customer service. Immediate availability and willingness to register/swap shifts are required.
