Reservations Specialist – Guest Experience & Revenue

Landmark London is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations Department on a permanent basis. You will manage inbound calls, emails and online requests with a focus on five-star service and accurate data entry.

Proficiency in Opera Cloud, Spa/F&B booking systems and Outlook is required; familiarity with Revinate, Prompt and Knowcross is a plus. The role supports budgets and forecasts for the cluster properties and ensures optimal inventory management.
