Customer Relationship Consultant — Mutual Banking

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our branch network. You’ll engage with customers in person or on the phone to discuss our financial products and services, listening carefully to identify the best options and delivering a high standard of service.

You’ll work as part of a busy team, taking ownership to support branch performance, referring customers to specialist colleagues when needed and contributing to a friendly, efficient customer journey.
