MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search to appoint an administrator to join their growing team. This is an ideal role for anyone who is looking to progress themselves further within a business admin support role and for anyone who has retired and only looking for part-time hours, the role if very flexible to meet your expectations! The company are offering excellent flexibility whether you need school time hours, studying, or retired and looking for something to keep you busy a couple days a week.

The Role you will be doing;

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the business
• Manage incoming emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
• Maintain accurate filling systems, records and databases
• Carry out data entry and update company systems as required
• Prepare, format and maintain documents, reports and spreadsheets
• Organise and maintain electronic and paper-based records
• Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment
• Support meetings, including preparing documents and taking minutes where required

The role has potential to progress into Sales & Finance Support where you will be given full training.

About You;

• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
• A professional, helpful and flexible approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
