Site Administration - Sizewell C

Astute's Nuclear team are currently recruiting for a Site Administration professional to join the team at Sizewell C . This is a full-time role providing administrative and analytical support to the project's site vetting teams, coordinating security vetting internally and with the client. This opportunity is a temp to perm position.

Role responsibilities and key skills:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project vetting teams.
• Coordinate security vetting with employees, agency workers, employers and relevant project teams.
• Gather and review documentation, including verifying ID for security checks.
• Maintain accurate and secure electronic and paper-based filing systems and databases.
• Produce spreadsheets, documents and presentations using Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Maintain document registers and manage quality records from the supply chain and subcontractors.
• Support engineers with maintaining lifetime quality records.
• Arrange meetings, take minutes and coordinate travel and accommodation.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong administrative experience within a busy team environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Full-time, Sizewell C - flexible working possible.

• Contract length: Temporary to Permanent
