1St/2Nd Line Support Engineers X 2 - MSP - Travel (London/Kent)

1st and 2nd Line Support technicians are required by this MSP due to end-client growth.

You'll be joining a small, successful and growing MSP as they continue working with Trusts adding additional sites (schools) to their roster of supported clients. You must be able to demonstrate either 1st line or 2nd line duties across new ICT equipment and network system components, including hardware. Client facing, you will be able to liaise confidently and clearly about any planned maintenance which may affect availability.

• Azure AD knowledge will be beneficial
• Wireless and wired LAN technology
• Printers/cabling

Hours are generally #removed# daily, Monday-Friday, primarily within SE London with some inner London schools also covered. You will need a full driving licence, willingness to travel and either an existing DBS Enhanced or happy to go through DBS Enhanced checks which are essential for the positions.
