We’re here to uncover the answers inside us. Answers for people with blood cancer and blood disorders.
We are Anthony Nolan. We unite people and science – matching stem cell donors to those in need of transplants and treatments and growing our world-leading stem cell register, so everyone can find the lifesaving match they need.
Thanks to Shirley and Anthony Nolan, our register of almost a million potential donors, our cell and gene therapy research and our expertise in stem cell transplants, we currently help four patients a day in need of a transplant, giving more people another chance to live.
Driven by patients, backed by stem cell donors, and powered by science, we won’t stop until we’ve unlocked the cures, treatments and transplants that will transform the future for more patients. And together, we can reach the remarkable day where every patient who needs us can not only survive, but thrive.
If you're inspired by this vision, and feel you have the skills and experience we need to help achieve it, we'd love you to join our lifesaving team.
We are looking for a Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator to join our Technical & Labs Support team.
Title: Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, Anthony Nolan Cell Therapy Centre Nottingham
The Laboratory Information Systems Coordinator will support the implementation, optimisation and ongoing support of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) across Anthony Nolan Laboratories. Working closely with Laboratory teams, Tech and external suppliers, the postholder will identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, enhance reporting and maximise the value of laboratory systems across H& I Laboratories, the Cell Therapy Centre and future laboratory services.

You’ll coordinate UAT, validation, and training, working with laboratory teams, quality, tech and external suppliers. After implementation, you’ll administer and support LIMS, resolve issues and help keep system changes tested, documented and controlled.
Once the LIMS is implemented, this role will support day to day use for both CTC and our H& I Laboratories, guided by laboratory needs and organisational priorities.
