CAMHS Inpatient Social Worker: Discharge & Safeguarding

Cygnet Hospital Forestwood is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the CAMHS inpatient unit. You will deliver specialist psychosocial assessments and lead safeguarding efforts for young people aged 13-18, coordinating with external agencies for safe discharge planning.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) within a supportive MDT, requiring SWE registration and at least 2 years in mental health settings. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
