Assistant Quantity Surveyor

John Sisk and Son is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Avonmouth, Bristol, working in the commercial reactive and minor works team on a framework contract. The posting sets the work out as supervised commercial delivery: preparing tenders, measuring and packaging the work, analysing returns, preparing variations and valuations, subcontract valuations and final accounts, taking site measurements and attending site and subcontractor meetings.

The holder maintains site records and control documents, measures progress on site and prepares the application for payment to the client.
