Reservations and Sales Manager | Bedruthan & Scarlet | £34,000 per annum plus tips | 40 hours | 5-day week

Bedruthan and Scarlet are looking for a confident, commercially minded Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team and help create exceptional guest experiences from the very first conversation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead reservations across two of Cornwall's most iconic clifftop hotels, overseeing accommodation, spa and experience bookings while driving sales performance, team development and service excellence.

You'll work closely with Revenue, Marketing and operational teams to maximise opportunities, improve processes and ensure every guest journey starts brilliantly.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Reservations team.
• Create a positive, collaborative and commercially focused team culture.
• Oversee reservations, availability and booking systems across both hotels.
• Ensure accuracy of guest information and reservations data.
• Drive sales through effective enquiry handling, upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to support commercial objectives.
• Resolve guest, booking and system issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working.
• Support exceptional guest experiences through every interaction.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a sales-focused environment, ideally within hospitality.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Reservations, hotel sales or central reservations experience would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organisation, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Confidence using booking systems, online platforms and Microsoft Office.
• A solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
