Senior Development Executive

St Hilda's College

St Hilda’s benefits from a remarkable global pool of alumnae, supporters, and prospective benefactors whose interests span the breadth of the College’s academic and student life. As The Edge for Excellence, our £25m+ fundraising campaign, gathers momentum, we are seeking an organised and compelling storyteller who can build meaningful relationships and inspire philanthropic support for the next chapter of St Hilda’s development.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in development and fundraising, ideally gained within higher education, the charitable sector, or a comparable relationship-led environment. As Senior Development Executive you will work closely with the Development Director, Principal, Development team and colleagues across the College to create the conditions and cultivation events for mid-level and major gifts to be realised.

You will match people with their passions, often alumnae but also those with little or no prior knowledge of Oxford University, directly making the ask or working with others to do so.

If you are tenacious, tactful, enjoy teamwork and are energised by the power of education to change lives, this is a terrific opportunity to both bring and to develop your talents within a College that is innovative and ambitious.
