Roadshow and Investor Relations Coordinator

Up to £85,000 + bonus | West End | 5 days in office

We’re partnering with a prestigious private equity firm in the West End on an exceptional opportunity for a Roadshow and Investor Relations Coordinator. This role is ideally suited to a high-performing Executive Assistant with experience in Investor Relations — someone who understands the pace, precision, and discretion required to support global LP engagement.

You’ll be at the heart of the IR team’s international programme, managing the end-to-end logistics for roadshows, LP meetings, AGMs, private dinners, and investor networking events across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The roadshows are the primary focus — requiring seamless diary coordination, booking of international travel, cars, hotels, and private jets, often with last-minute changes to navigate.

This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that would suit someone calm under pressure, highly responsive, and comfortable being available out of hours when needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the coordination of global roadshows, including diaries, travel, cars, hotels, and private jets
• Supporting the delivery of AGMs, fundraising events, and private investor dinners
• Acting as the central point of contact across internal stakeholders, investors, and external providers
• Managing the IR inbox and ensuring prompt, professional communication and follow-up
• Preparing and distributing investor materials; maintaining accurate CRM records

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has supported Investor Relations teams, ideally within private equity or investment management
• Is an experienced EA with strong international coordination experience
• Is exceptionally organised, responsive, and thrives under pressure
• Can confidently manage shifting priorities and last-minute changes across time zones
• Communicates clearly and professionally across senior stakeholder groups
• Takes pride in delivering smooth, polished coordination behind the scenes
